Half Marathon - The Half Marathon will begin at 8:00 am. It is a double loop course that will be very scenic, mostly flat and fast. It winds through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

5K Race - 5K is an out and back course and will start at 8:10 am

Pre-registration and packet pick up will be at the follow locations the week prior to the event.

• Vertical Runner in Hudson - Wednesday, 9/3 from noon until 8pm
• The Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls - Thursday, 9/4 from noon until 8pm
• Second Sole in Akron - Friday, 9/5 from noon until 8pm
• Howe Meadow Race Site - Saturday, 9/6 from 9am until 4pm

There will be NO race day registration, only packet pick up.

Race proceeds benefit the Summit Athletic Running Club Scholarship Program

Specially designed hooded sweatshirts for the first 500 preregistered entrants. 

Awards will be given to the top five male and female finishers in the Half Marathon and 5K. Age group winners (top 3 in each) will also receive awards. Age groups in each gender for 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over

Cuyahoga Valley National Park - Howe Meadows (previously known as the Special Events Site) is located on Riverview Road between Smith Road and Route 303

From the South - Exit Route I-77 at Ghent Road and proceed east to Smith Road. Turn left on Smith Road to Riverview Road. Turn left onto Riverview Road to the Howe Meadow Site.

From the North - Exit Route I-77 at I-271. East to Route 303 and proceed on 303 to Peninsula. From Peninsula head South on Riverview Road to the Howe Meadow Site.
