Group Training Runs  
Scheduled Training Runs - Contact the Leader as locations and times may vary

We have a wide variety of runners in our club. Why run alone? Join one of our group runs!

  • Sunday - 7am - Various locations - Group runs between 1 and 2 hours. Pace averages between 6:45 and 8 min per mile. Contact Jim Chaney for more information.
  • Sunday - 8am - Sand Run Park - Group runs between 5 and 8 miles. Pace varies from 8 min to 11 min per mile. Contact Cindy Antenucci for more information.
  • Fleet Feet--Northfield training runs: Wednesdays, starting at the store. Runs start at 6 p.m., averaging 3-6 miles
  • Sunday Morning Trail Runs. Location changes weekly. Visit Fleet Feet--Northfield for details.
  • Vertical Runner - Hudson training runs: Saturday Mornings @ 7:30am - Lock 29
  • SARC is offering another club running activity to our members! Each Tuesday from 5:30-7:00pm, track workouts will be held at the Stow High School track, located at: 3227 E. Graham Road in Stow, OH 44224. John Roseman, of Progressive Fitness & Athletics is a USA Track & Field Certified Coach and a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. He has graciously offered his time and expertise to set up a workout pace and time you for $5.00 per session. If you have your own workout and do not want timing services, there is no charge to join SARC members on the track. Come join us!
